Yes, we require a $50.00 fee, should you say yes to the dress that day, you will be given a $50 credit off your purchase.
If you "no show" or do not give 48 hours notice, the deposit will be kept.

Our bridal appointment last an hour and a half. During the appointment, you will work one-on-one with our bridal consultant. They will help guide you through the process of finding your dream dress.

We can accommodate up to 4 guests for you. However too many guests can hinder us from hearing the voice of the bride.

Bring the people that most understand you and your style. Overly opinionated guests shouldn't be included, especially if they dont understand your style. Remind your guests before the appointment that you are the one wearing the gown.

Wedding gowns take approximately 4-6 months. Formal gowns vary based on availability from the designer. If you are shopping close to your wedding date, you may be limited to samples or off the rack gowns.

All sales are final, there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns on any items purchased at the Copper Penny of London.

For wedding gowns, we prefer to special order but if needed we can sell our stock piece.

Yes! Half of the balance is required at the time of appointment to order the gown. We then have a 90 day payment option.
